Acute lower back pain


Low back pain refers to a record or shooting pain in my lower back. You can also back stiffness, restricted movement of the lower back and difficulty standing straight.

Causes 
If you're like most people, you are at least one backache in your life. While such pain or discomfort can happen anywhere in the back, is the area most affected in the lower back normal. This is due to lower back supports most of their body weight. Back pain is the second reason why the Americans their doctor - second only to colds and flu. Many returning from work-related injuries occur. But you can change that. There are several things you can do to reduce your chances of developing back pain. This is usually the first impression of back pain immediately after lifting a heavy object to move suddenly, sit in one position too long, or an injury or an accident. But to change before the injury or accident, lost the strength or structure of the back.

Acute lower back pain is usually caused by a sudden injury to muscles, ligaments, bones and nerves of the spine. The source of the pain can be: 

• Compression fractures of the spine from osteoporosis • Muscle spasm (very tense muscles that remain contracted) • fracture or herniated disc • Spinal stenosis (narrowing of the spinal canal) • Spine curvatures (like scoliosis or kyphosis) which may be inherited and in children and adolescents • load or tears in the muscles or ligaments supporting the back

Back pain can also: 

• A leaking aortic aneurysm, abnormal • Terms of arthritis such as osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis • The cancer that affects the spine • Fibromyalgia • infection of the spine (osteomyelitis, spondylodiscitis abscess) • kidney infection or kidney stones • Problems related to pregnancy • medical conditions that affect the female reproductive organs, such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, ovarian, or uterine fibroids

Symptoms 
You may feel a variety of symptoms if you hurt your back. You feel a tingling or burning pain or sharp pain, dull. Due cause may also be a weakness in the legs or feet. Back pain can be very different. The pain may be mild or so severe that they are unable to move. Depending on the cause of back pain, you may also have pain in the legs, hips or bottom of the foot. View: Sciatica
